INTRODUCTIONHealth care industry tends to looks like most accountable sectors as their work isassociated with the life of people. There are numerous of issues which majorly occurs by thepractitioners at the time of executing their clinical practices (Agustí and et. al., 2017). This reportwill describe about major issues associated with clinical practice and different standardsassociated with clinical practices that have been breached. It will also provide somerecommendations to health care practitioners through which they can improvise their lack areas. Case studyThe present report is based on the case study of Mrs. Daisy Mayes, a 85 year old women.This lady has been admitted to hospital because of chest infection and Bilateral lowerpneumonia. Medical history of this lady includes hypertension, COPD, Bowel cancer,Hypercholesterolaemia and Osteoarthritis. Social background of Mrs. Daisy states that she livesin the low care aged care facility from last 5 year after the death of her husband. Mrs. Daisy has2 children that is 1 daughter and 1 son who lives separately with their respective families. She isnot able to move around at her own level without any support. This is why, Mrs Daisy prefers tomove with family and taxis at every time of their outing. QUESTIONS1. Identify and discuss all the clinical practice issues of concern in Daisy’s careduring her hospitalisation. Your discussion should includea. Examples from the case studyClinical practices refers to the activities of medical practitioner for providing effectivetreatment to patients in order to help them in recovering soon. As per case study, it has beenobserved that medical practitioners of hospital are required to monitor activities of Mrs. Daisyregularly instead of just checking her once or twice a day. For instance: it has been observed thathospital nurses were checking Mrs Daisy as per their regular shifts(that is at 2 Am) which haveresulted negatively on the health of this lady has she was found injured on the floor. This haveshown major issue in clinical practice. Some of other issues with clinical practice are describedas below:Non effective analysis of Mrs Daisy's behaviour by medical staff.
