and aims to support effective behaviour [3].

conversation is very
unclear. It is full of vague
and it is creating a lot of
confusion. The way of

very ineffective. It can
seen that the nurse is
lacking the professional

can be improved by
firstly decreasing the
speed of speech and
secondly should
