tasks to guarantee patients obtain brilliant healthcare.
OBJECTIVE – The objective of this presentation is to maintain a safe and
healthy atmosphere of the healthcare system by maintaining a proper
nurse to patient ratio in order to provide safety to the patient’s welfare,
which is essential in health care.
OUTLINE – Effective Leadership is a primary role for maintaining the
nurse to patient ratio and its impacts and is very important for nurses
at all stages of the nursing field.
CONCLUSION – This presentation suggests that one nurse should be
allotted to at least 3 to 4 patients, in order to decrease the risk of death
in patients. This will help in reducing the impacts of nurse to patient
ratio.
