INTRODUCTION Burnout is the known as the long time stress of work causes due to some difficult situation arises at the work place. METHODOLOGY To conduct this research it involves the primary and secondary data collection of that topic by the aid of quantitative and qualitative research process(Talaee,Varahram,Jamaati 2020). RESULT From the primary and secondary research it has been analysed that Covid 19 is the worst thing happen from the last one and half year and it has caused the nurses burn out throughout the different country's at different level such as in the England it is approx 43% nurses burnout.It has been found that nurses are suffering from mental illness in some cases which causes the imperfect treatment of the patient. CONCLUSION From the compete research of this problem it has been concluded that the major factor of nurses burnout is fear of getting affected and the critical condition of patient, all this things posse the return impact on patient treatment and nurses mental health. So for the management of all theses factors organisation need to provide the best support to their staff.
