INTRODUCTION
• Nursing management is described as an individual's ability to
inspire, motivate, and drive others. This is regarded as a crucial
aspect of the nurse, and many settings as well as discipline
must be maintained when beginning the job function. In order
to manage the many services supplied to patients, nurses must
build dedication as well as collaboration (Relji, Pajnkihar, and
Fekonja, 2019).
