There is no specific documentsincludes in keeping records so that I have includes code for this assessment. In this code,presents the professional standards that uphold to register practices in UK. It could be reflect tothe world in which we live. In order to change roles and expectations, structured work around thedifferent themes such as practices effectively, preserve safety and prioritise people. It assists tobuild professionalism of me and trust also develop with many people such as nursing, midwifery,etc. Failure to comply with code also bring fitness to practise (The Code for nurses andmidwives, 2017).Record keeping in the NMC also highlighted to make good and effective results of minethrough integrate practice and provision of safe and effective care.
