calendar helps in keeping tab of the important date. With the help of emails, important
information can be distributed. Internet helps in accessing various information related to
patient treatment.
Intranet- with the help of intranet, important information could be accessed easily among
the healthcare staff in limited time (Kowitlawakul et al. 2015).

Formal feedback: while taking formal feedback, defensiveness should be avoided as it
can lead to conflict, appreciation is showed as it encourages the patient to provide an
honest feedback. While taking the feedback it is also ensured that the person understand
the feedback properly so that it can be improved.

improvisation, ask them how you can change for better suggestion and defensiveness
should be avoided to avoid any conflict.

tend to the emergency. If after hearing the buzzer, I will run for the emergency, it will harm my
rapport with the patient as well as the patient will not get the required care. As both the works are
equally important, I will try to manage both within time (Twigg et al. 2016).

Absenteeism is frequently observed among an organization. In such cases, it is important
to achieve all the work objectives even when there is one less staff. In order to do so, it is
important to manage the time effectively which requires flexibility among the staff for
accommodating some more work. In order to do all the task in specific time, a to-do list should
be prepared which will ensure that nothing remains unattended. Activity log is also created in
such cases to ensure everything is on their time such as patient care (Tsakitzidis et al. 2017).

Personal development options include coaching and mentoring. With the help of
coaching and mentoring, professional knowledge will be enhanced. Enhancement in professional
knowledge helps in better patient care which will improving the recovery process of the patient.
It also helps in enhancing the professional skill which will assist while handling the situation. Job
rotation will also help in professional development. With the help of job rotation, knowledge
regarding different roles will be enhanced which help in future while handling the patient.
Internal classroom training helps in enhancing the professional skill as well as professional
knowledge and experience among the healthcare staff (Stewart-Lord, Baillie and Woods 2017).

The mandatory standards that is required to maintain the AHPRA registration is to do
about 20 hours of continuing professional development. CPD helps in processing the track and
documenting the skills that help in enhancing the professional knowledge and experience that
can be gained either formally by taking classes or coaching or informally by job rotation. 10
hours must be related to the medication endorsement for all the nurses that are schedules for the
medicine endorsement. With the help of these they can prescribe medicine of level 2, 3 and 4 in
emergency condition in absence of general practitioner (King 2018).
