ethics in his/her life for that he/she needs certain
guidelines and pathway.
 Each organization has certain values, vision, and
mission that plays crucial rules and help
professionals in understanding the expected
behavior and culture of the organization.

vision, and values
 Mission is often tied with the objectives of the
entity (Ahmed, 2019).
 The vision of the organization can be
understood as a roadmap (Shrm, 2018).
 Organizational values reflect core principles or
ethics that the organization will abide by
irrespective of other factors.

 These three terms create an organizational culture
and such culture motivates employees to provide
better outcomes.
