Diseases related to heart, blood sugar, and high blood pressure is controlled through the help of exercise. Different cancers like breast, lung, and colon can be avoided through regular practice of exercise. Regular practice of exercise helps toimprove mental health and helps to get relieved from stress. As opined by Mayo, Iglesias-Soler, Kingsley & Dopico (2017), during exercise, body of human releases chemicals that help to improve moods and helps to feel relaxed. Besides,regular exercise helps to improve thinking and learning skills. Exercise stimulates the human body to release proteins and other essential chemicals, which improve the structure and function of the brain. Moreover,exercise strengthens bones and muscles of the body. Children can develop strong bones and muscles through practice of regular exercise. Losing bone density is a major problem that impacts many people at the adult stage of life. This problem can be mitigated through exercise and muscle strength can be maintained through exercise. Other advantages of exercises include improvement of sleep and sexual health, reduce the risk of falls and chances of living longer life increases. Daily life can be conducted smoothly through exercises. Cons of exercises Over-exercise can harm the physical condition of people and it may prevent to stay healthy. Exercise causes secretion of endorphins, which have a similar nature to morphine. Over-exercise makes a person psychologically addictive. On the other hand, Saiki, Sugimoto & Senzaki (2016) have mentioned that exercise has a great impact on the heart. Heavy regular exercise can weaken the muscles of the heart. Heart rate fluctuates with daily exercise and this fact can lead to the emergence of disorders including ventricular arrhythmia.The mental disorder of over-consciousness about the body can take place

Oxidative damage to body tissues and muscles can take placedue to over-exercise. In this case, utilization of oxygen increases and it enhances the generation rate of free radicals. These aspects take place due to the impact of exercise on the adrenal glands. Conclusion of exercises Exercise or physical activity is an essential task that helps to reduce the impact of a stressful life. The conclusion of exercises results in the improvement of quality of life. Risk of different harmful diseases like type 2 diabetes, cancer, and cardiovascular diseases can be eliminated after practicing regular exercise. An increase in heart rate can be seen that pumps more oxygen to the brain, which increases memory capacity and learning ability. However, over exercise is disadvantageous and people need to consider these aspects to avoid the harmful effect of exercise.
