Main concerns regarding fitting into a new team include building relationships with
other members and finding a good mentor. Moreover, getting involved with the team is also a
major concern that can help me to endear colleagues. Besides, another concern is to learn the
rules and policies of the team that can help me to get fit in properly.

If the system is not matching with professional ideals, one must consult with
