Evaluation of Oral Health Promotion Programs

The assignment requires evaluating two programs, an oral health promotion program for IDD adults and a community-based youth fitness and nutrition summer camp, using the PRECEDE-PROCEED planning model. The programs' design, implementation, outcome, and impact are to be assessed. The evaluation steps outlined in CDC's framework are also compared with personal experiences. References from various studies are provided to support the evaluation process.
