INTRODUCTION
A concept usually involves one or two words which usually conveys a meaning, an
understanding as well as a feeling among people having a same discipline. Some of the
concepts which are generally relevant to nursing are well-being, nursing, a managed care,
coping as well as parenting. This concept is generally a measurable variable in an
assumption. A nursing profession generally defines that it is a type of practice which is based
on caring. It can involve the processes of treatment as well as diagnosis which are generally
applied to the experiences of the humans of their health and an illness. The encouraged
practices are generally oriented to the alterations of the relationships or the surrounding
environment to empower the well-being. In this report, it will cover a case study which
includes the various nursing practice which is quite necessary to provide an effective care
towards the patients. it will also cover the importance of the management that is important in
every healthcare organization so as to deliver an effective care along with recommendations
(Chappell, 2019).
MAIN BODY
Construction.
It includes a case study which is related to Mr. X who is 68 years old and having a
history of stage 3 A classical Hodgkin’s lymphoma- lymphocyte rich type which is generally
a subtype of the classic Hodgkin lymphoma having a dispersed cells such as Hodgkin reed
Sternberg as well as a nodular or less commonly a diffuse cellular background containing a
small lymphocyte and with the absence of neutrophils as well as an eosinophil. This classical
Hodgkin is generally treated with the AVBD X6 in the year 2017. Presently Mr. X is
suffering with rigors, anorexia, the weight loss, fever, and a dry cough and also evidence of
the tumour lysis syndrome. His tests such as Computed tomography generally depicts that a
new multiple prominent to become mildly enlarged having the marks which are elevated
volumes of the lymph nodes with splenomegaly about 12.5 cm. it also includes an underwent
the right axillary lymph node core biopsy and the BMB provisional diffuse B large cell
lymphoma. Mr. X was suggested for the chemotherapy such as R-CHOP for DLBCL (diffuse
large B-cell lymphoma). The R-CHOP is generally the standard of care for the treatment of
the diffusion of the large B cell lymphoma that is usually based on the results of the MinT
trial.
Recently, he is been presented to the emergency department as he is having problems
such as lethargic or fatigue from the past few days since the post discharge after having the
chemotherapy with R-CHOP. Due to the side effects of the chemotherapy, he has ow
haemoglobin as well as suffering from pancytopenia, as it is a condition in which an
individual’s body contains very less red blood cells, platelets as well as the white blood cells
and due to all these such factors, he is having such issues of being unwell. His wife called an
ambulance in which the care provider noted that he has tachycardia as his blood pressure
elevates at 120bpm and febrile 39.9, his heart beat is about 21. Mr. X has a short of breathing
on exertion involving with no chest pain. It is also noted that he does not mobilize much at
home. He is not able to take care of himself at home. There is no evidence of bleeding, no
cough or no other symptoms. He can easily able to pass the urine using the bottles, bowel can
open in every two days. He does not involve the symptoms related to neurology, his appetite
is been quite poor but he can manage it by intake of oral or fluids. He is also taking the

injections of EPO three times per week. The diagnosis in the case study can be done by
various tests is the septic screening, the blood culture, the urine sample, CXR was done, the
EPO injections. The medications which are generally given in the case of Mr. X is an
intravenous ferinject, injections of EPO, the vitamins and many more which can help the Mr.
X to recover super soon (Talyancich, 2021).
Deconstruction.
The analysis in the above case is that Mr. X is suffering various illness which he
should take into account that the increase in each of its situation can leads towards a
destructive step. As he should take proper medications as well as the test which the care
providers would given him. These such treatment can help him to overcome his cause and
can make him healthy. It is quite unexpected with Mr. X that he will refuse to take the
treatment which the care providers are providing him. He should take the proper medications
or the injections which he is recommended to take. Somewhere, it is the responsibility of the
management also that they should take care of their patients well. It is quite important for the
care providers also that they must ensure that their patients can meet all the required
treatment they are capable of. In the health care organization, the role of the care provider is
generally to determine the requirement of the patients and must concentrate on the need oof
the ill people as well as can act accordingly on them. Another role of the care provider here
includes that they must nurturing a compassionate the surrounding environment so as by
providing the psychological encourage towards the patients. it is quite necessary for the care
providers to resolve as well as report the issues of the patients as well as to solve them
effectively (Saltmarsh and Wilson, 2017).
In a healthcare organization, nurturing a teamwork is quite important, a management
of the strong care provider generally aid to support the care providers to work as a unit or a
team. The strong intercommunication as well as a teamwork are pretty important in providing
a quality care towards the ill people or patients. to accomplish a teamwork, the care providers
in the management positions must support the other staff members so as to collaborate as
well as can aid each other member willingly. It is only responsibility of the care providers for
managing the financial as well as the human resources by ensuring the ill people or the
satisfaction. The management of the care providers generally contains the performance of the
leadership functions of the governance as well as making the decisions in between the
organizations employing the care providers. It generally involves the processes most common
to all the management such as planning, staffing, organizing, directing as well as controlling.
The management in the given case study of Mr. X is pretty low as they cannot take care of
him as well as his needs by which he can effectively recover from his condition. If the care
providers have provided him an effective care, then he must overcome his illness but it did
not happen anymore. He also refused to take the medicines or injections by the care providers
as it is the basic or prime responsibility of them to provide the medication or injections on
time (Hawke-Eder, 2017).
Confrontation.
It is quite important to have the basic skills, the leadership as well as the knowledge to
deliver an effective care to the patients. the concept of leadership in the care provider is
highly valued. It is analysed by the institute of medicine that the care providers are generally
required to be prepared to lead in every aspect of the wellbeing care. The key concepts which

are usually associated with the leadership such as communications, influences, the group
processes, objective attainments as well as the motivations. An effective communication
among the care providers as well as the patients can develop or build a trust which can help
the care provider to give an effective care so that the patient can effectively recover from
their illness. As in case of Mr. X, if an effective communication is been developed between
the care provider and Mr. X then the service user must have recovered from his illness as well
as must have taken their medications or the injections on time. There are various types of
communication such as verbal, non-verbal and many more. By using the components of the
non-verbal communications such as the facial expressions, eye contacts, the body languages,
the gestures, their postures are also necessary in creating the rapport. Simply smile of the care
provider towards their patients generally can go a very long way. The care providers can also
express their interest in what the patients are generally want to say by maintaining the eye
contact. The active listening, responding appropriately towards the patient requirements as
well as the concerns, properly assessing the languages of the body and possessing a non-
judgmental attitude all are essential skills which the care providers are required to possess.
An effective leader in the well-being services generally emphasise which are continually safe,
the high quality, the compassionate care is usually on a top of the priority. The leaders in the
care organization generally promote the continuous development of the knowledge, their
skills as well as the capabilities of the staff so as to enhance the quality of the patient care,
their safety, its compassion and the patient experience as well. In a care organization, the
valuable leadership skills can make an amount of difference in the patient care. Such quality
in the healthcare procedures as well as the care providers management can creates an
environment which generally encourages the confidence, their trust as well as the faithfulness
in the patients and their family members as well (as in the case of Mr. X) (Pühringer, 2017).
In addition to this, a lack of the cognitive data or the psychomotor capability required
for the well-being restoration, its preservation or the well-being promotions is generally
referred to as the deficit of the knowledge. An adequate knowledge can play an influential as
well as a particular part of the ill people’s life and the recovery as well. The patient
knowledge deficit is generally very essential measure which is being used in the standard care
plan. The concept of the deficit knowledge can recognize the knowledge of the patients base
on the very crucial parts of their treatments including the nutritional requirements, its side
effects as well as the prevention of the illness can generally fills the gaps so as to aid the ill
people live their life healthier. This could be implemented in the case of Mr. X as if these
such interventions can be implemented in his case, then he would have lived his life healthier.
The barriers which generally prevent the easy delivery of the well-being care information’s
include the literacy, their culture, the languages as well as the physiological obstacles. It is all
up-to the care providers to assess as well as evaluate the learnings of the patient’s needs and
the readiness to learn it is because everyone can learn in a different manner. Furthermore, the
communications are the most essential component while providing care. It can be involved in
all the interventions like the prevention, its treatments, the therapies, the education and the
well-being promotions. The ill people generally convey their fears as well as the concerns to
their care providers and it can aid them to make accurate or correct care providing diagnosis
(D'Souza, Forsyth, Tappin and Catley, 2018).

Reconstruction.
The recommendations are generally meant to give a very strong establishment for the
improvement of the care providers workforce whose members are usually well educated and
are well prepared to practice to the full extent of their knowledge. These practices are
generally for the patients so as to meet the current as well as future well-being requirements
and to act as the full partners in leading. It is recommended to the care providers that they
must have to develop an effective communication between patient and care provider so that
the care taker can effectively deliver the care services towards them. If the effective
communication develops among them then this can establish a trust between the two which
can lead to sharing the things as its cam also impact over the health or well-being of the
patients. if this can happen in the case of Mr. X then he must have taken the medications
properly or the injections which is naturally refuses to take as he is a Jehovah’s witnesses and
he believes that transfusion of the blood is purely against the will of God. It is quite difficult
for the care providers to manage the symptoms of Mr. X as he specifically refuses the
transmission and this can impact over his health later on. It is recommended to increase the
quality care of the patients as it is quite necessary for the patients to increase their well-being.
This can be done by simply collecting the information as well as determine the results of the
patients. it is also crucial to set the objectives and can commit to the ongoing evaluation. The
care providers must enhance their care towards their patients as well as must concentrate on
the engagement of their patients (Alexander, Sheen, Rinehart, Hay and Boyd, 2018).
CONCLUSION
The care providers generally play a part in ensuring the safety of the patients during
the care that is providing directly to the patients. while the healthcare professionals can make
a diagnostic as well as the treatment decisions which generally spend about 30 to 40 minutes
a day with even a critically ill hospitalized ill people. This can generally limit their capability
to visualize the modifications in the patient’s conditions over the time period. The care
providers are generally the constant which are present alongside the bed and can daily
interact with the care professionals, the relatives and many more. It is important to timely
coordinate as well as can communicate about the patient’s results to the care team. From the
above report it is concluded that having an effective communication among the care
organization is quite important as it is the only basis on which the patient care relays on.
Without the communication, an effective care delivery towards the patient’s need is quite
impossible.
