INTRODUCTION
Acute coronary symptoms refer to the term which are highly effectively and have some
range of condition which are associated with reduce blood flow suddenly to the heart. This
condition can include the heart attack where it lead to risk of death result due to destroyed heart
tissues. To deal with such type of health condition, there is need to get some medical assistance
which include for better care and treatment. These treatment and care be provided in healthcare
premises which includes the nursing consideration which are highly associated with taking care
of effective response that includes better care management which are associated with delivery of
effective response that can impact better and effective health. In this essay, there is discussion
about the nursing consideration for managing patient who are presented with the central chest
pain. There is also discussion about the aspect on focusing on the ongoing nursing consideration
of central chest pain (Chieffo et. al., (2020)).

According to the case scenario Ruksana Hasmid who is 55 years old women is facing the
central chest pain which lead to create the situation of emergency department which are
associated with proper treatment and care and have high impact on her health. Ruksana is facing
central chest pain which can have different cause like angina or heart attack. There is another
causes which may include reflux, indigestion, muscle strain, inflammation in rib joints or many
more. Here, within the healthcare premises, nursing staff should ensure about delivery of proper
care and treatment that can be effective for the patient (Schwartz et. al., (2018)). Nursing staff
should ensure about the recognising the sign and symptoms that can be effective to provide some
primary support that should have high impact on delivery of better care and support to the patient
to get normal. This can also help nursing staff to understand the situation and condition that can
be effective for the nursing staff for better consideration of the situation and provide better
nursing care at the initial stage of emergency. Here, Ruksana is facing the central chest pain
which includes the symptoms like sudden feeling of pressure, tightness, squeezing, cursing under
breastbone, sudden sharp chest pain, shortness of breath and other. Nursing staff should take
those in the consideration which can be effective and allow to ensure about provide better and
