Hypertension (HTN) and Type two Diabetes(DM) are two major hypertension
conditions which are being faced by individuals in recent time, where both have social
physical and psychological impact on overall wellbeing. Nursing intervention plays strong
role in improving working advancement within their physical, social and physiological
parameters within patient (Đurovićand et.al., 2021). Furthermore, there is also wide scale
leveraged growth advancement in health of patients suffering from hypertension and diabetes
when nursing interventions are taken place.
There are various Interventions used for addressing Social impact of chronic diseases
such as Hypertension and diabetes (Hypertension in adults: diagnosis and management,
2019). Therapy sessions is one such intervention. Hypertension impacts social wellbeing
within individual, where increased health care costs in medication and complications in
employment is faced. It has negative impact on overall wellbeing. Intervention by nurses is
highly useful, where nurse has to be empathetically polite and identify preferences of patient
while giving treatment. There should be also significant focus pertained towards addressing
social impact, which further explains therapy sessions will enable social impact to be
reduced. Diagnosis of hypertension also should be treated by nurses by building comfortable
therapy sessions and respecting self respect and preferences of patient while treating them
(Parra, Guevara and Rojas, 2021).

Diagnosis of type two diabetes enables us to analyse that it impacts individual on social
factors where person faces high anger, frustration, fear within their behaviour which lowers
self esteem variedly (Norris and Beech, 2021). Nursing intervention for treating patient with
type two diabetes plays strong role for further improvising, which requires extensive focus on
medication. Nurses have to be particular about insulin check insulin levels, which will
medically keep treatment to be conducted properly for productivity growth. Performing self-
care and adherence to treatments, disease control has facilitation towards improving new
scale growth parameters diversely. Patient should be treated with high comfort, respecting
social values and integrity essential for further improvised medical services (Moholdt and
