Benner’s Novice to Expert Model: An Application for Simulation
Facilitators. Nursing science quarterly, 30(3), 227-234.”
It will explain applicability of novice to expert theory in order to describe
scope of nursing informatics.
Introduction

Proficiency plays significant role in health and social care sector, if person
has relevant experience of working in same field then it supports
professional in performing their job more effectively and contributing well
in success of organisation.
Good experience gives better results and raise moral reasoning ability of
individual that makes them able to perform even better.
Nursing theories of banner pay more attention on overall knowledge that is
gained by person through serving in an organisation for longer duration.
