Nurses are considered as advocates for patients as they have to balance while providing
care to patients. National legal consideration of nursing profession is maintaining confidentiality.
This means that the information recorded should be right, non judgemental and relevant to care
and treatment of an individual The legal consideration of information involves respecting
patients privacy without compromising their health. This is applied in nursing profession as
nurses are entitled to undertake moral, professional and personal information. Management of
ethical information also facilitates nurses to organise information and records required to give
quality services. On state level nurses are liable to value diversity and culture of patients. It needs
nurses to develop knowledge and awareness of culture which enables them to better comprehend
needs of patients. Nurses valuing non discriminatory services provides appropriate care which
recognises individual needs and rights (Bodine, 2019). This can be applied in nursing profession
by valuing the availability and acceptability the quality as well as safety of nursing and health
care services. Nurses with collective efforts establishes and organises ethical considerations of
work setting and situations of employment which are proved to be safe and quality health care
services. On local level, legal and ethical consideration in nursing profession involves principles
like autonomy, beneficence, equality and non malignity. This facilitates that nurses allow
patients to make their own independent decisions as well as undertook actions which help in
