TASK Ethical Behavior: The ethical behavior at work place in hospitality sector is linked with acting in those ways which are consistent and the members of the whole society think that these values are very effective to them and the person can fight with the diseases effectively. The behavior of the persons at the working environment should be ethical and this is an important factor in order to develop healthy environment. The ethical behavior are valuable for all business which are involved in service sector in order to provide effective and valuable services to all their potential clients. It also includes the factor which are related with morale and keep values aspects such as honesty, treating people with respect values and dignity, equality among all people at work place, diversity and valuing the rights of the people. The nursing board of Australia have developed ethical behavior with all their patients in order to serve them so they can get effective treatment. If NMBA runs their business activities in ethical behavior then it helps in solving the problems which are faced by the organizations in the future time. The ethical people are those who are having the ability in order to recognize what is right for them and what is wrong and this will help them to achieve consistency in their working. The nursing board have worked ethically in order to provide valuable services to all their patients and this is beneficial in order to remove difficulties that may enhance the profitability of business. The persons who are having ethical behavior are treated in the most respectful manner. In relation to business ethical factor is linked with applying the principles which are related with honesty and fairness so that customers can be served ethically in all respect. The ethical efforts by persons are related with treating all the person with values, respect and dignity with whom relationship have to be developed (Boss and Krauss, 2014) Scope of practice and Competency: Communication: There should be effective communication with all the members so that they can work according to the plans and policies in effectual and planned ways. The stakeholders of the organistaion should be clear with the goals and the objectives which they had to achieve in order to provide services to al their valuable clients. Communication is an important factor in order to provide services to all the patients who are suffering from any type of diseases. There should be effective communication at work place as it results in sharing ideas and information according to which employees can easily carry out their assigned task. If the patients in health care are able to
convey the problems which are actually faced by them then it results in giving them effective treatment accordingly and this is the most vital factor for the success of any organization. The rules and regulations which had to be followed at the work environment should be clear to all the persons in order to execute the working accordingly. Culture and Diversity: Thisis an important factor for all business organizations as it helps in bringing together people of different cultures who will be working with each other sharing their valuable knowledge this helps in establishing coordination at work place and people will know about diverse cultures which are followed by the people of the society. The cultural and diversity factor is also related with seeing together variety of people and they will be analyzing the world as the whole economy. There are negative effects of Globalization on the overall cultural and diversity aspects of people(Davies and Hughes, 2014) . This factor is mainly kinked with analyzing the differences among people and respecting the values and diversity of people as it helps in establishing diverse culture at work place. If people of different cultures are working together then it results in sharing of knowledge which is values for person in order to make them grow in their ventures. In health care people of different cultures are working together and this is the most valuable factor in order to make people learn about different knowledge and cultures which are followed by them so they can understand the knowledge which is spoken by them and accordingly treatment should be provided to them so they can achieve growth and success in their operations and achieve the business targets effectively. The dynamic culture is developed at work place as people of different cultures are working together and this is the vital factor which helps them to achieve success in achieving their targets. This is an important factor in order to develop new and innovative ideas for business and the brainstorming sessions are organized for all the employees so theycan share their valuable ideas and if the ideas are innovative then these can be applied in order to complete the assigned task that have been allotted to them. Justice: All the clients should be treated with justice and dignity who are taking the services and this is an important factor in order to promote healthy environment at work place. If there is justice then it helps in further facing any type of difficulty which may be faced by business. Justice helps in developing fairness at work place and this concept is different in every culture. Justice is helpful for all people as they are treated with respect so they can easily solve the problems which are faced by them in the future time. If there is fairly environment at work place then cooperation will be maintained among all the employees. Justice is valuable factor as there is equality at work place, there is no favoritism among employees all are assigned equal working in relation to achieving business goals and objectives in effective and planned manner(Flick, 2015) Legal Issue: The legal issues are reflected as the issues are legal in foundation to any case and all the working are operated in ethical and planned manner. It always required the decision of the court which has to follow by all the members of the party. It is analyzed as those factors on which are events are held undisputed and the results are mainly dependent on the decision which is taken by the court and the interpretation of the information by the laws of the land. This factor is mainly linked with analyzing the roles and responsibilities which are assigned to them and how they are working in order to achieve the targets which have been assigned to them in effectual and planned ways. Thus accountability ensures that employees are held responsible for the overall working operations which have been assigned to them and they are questioned if they are failed in achieving the assigned task.
