complications associated with nursing process management has increased. Cherry and Jacob
(2016) mentions one of the primary reason of this increased conflict and identifies that
increasing patients and their increased life expectancy is the primary reason due to which the
nursing professionals are facing burn out in their profession. This condition identifies the
need and requirement of leadership and management in the care facilities so that all the care
professionals involved in the care process are inclusive of abilities and clear vision to carry
out the process effectively and feel motivated and empowered (Gopee & Galloway, 2017).
While discussing about the implication of leadership and management challenges of
21st century associated with healthcare facilities, it is important that every professional
involved in the care process is provided with clear supervision and abilities so that they could
be provided with abilities so that patients and their needs could be fulfilled. Further, the
requirement of effective leadership in this modern age process is associated with
transparency, equality and improved quality of clinical process so that they could develop
abilities for its implementation in the care process (White, Dudley-Brown & Terhaar, 2016).
Further, it was also mentioned that with implementation of the leadership and management in
the care process, the care professional would be able to develop financial quality, clinical
advancement and better operational processes for their implementation in their care process.

Besides their application in the development of quality and accessibility of the care
process, it is mentioned that application leadership and management would also be an
effective aspects for the nursing education process so that they could develop future nursing
professionals for their future application. The link of this educational process with that of the
4th revolution of the industries should be considered prior to its application (Giddens, 2017).
As per Giddens (2018), this revolution is associated with the increased abilities and
interests of the scholars around the globe so that all these students could develop themselves
for their increased abilities, opportunities and inevitable challenges. Besides this the
widespread effect of this process upon the nursing professionals cannot be denied as due to
this reform the population developed higher and extended trust upon the machinery and the
technologies so that they could use these large scale aspects for its application in the
development of nursing professionals (White, Dudley-Brown & Terhaar, 2016). Despite that
with excessive application of machineries and artificial intelligence associated aspects
affected the abilities of nursing professional’s ability and increasing the changes of
occupational health and safety issues which created complication for the nursing
professionals within the care facility. Despite that it could be mentioned that due to the fourth
industrial revolution developed the confidence among the nursing patients so that they could
use these machinery effectively. Further, it also helped the nursing professionals by
developing a blue print which would help them to understand the complications they might
suffer from due to their application in the care process (Cherry & Jacob, 2016).

As per Weiss, Tappen and Grimley (2019) leadership and management skills are
crucial so that the professionals could develop abilities so that they could develop sustainable
and critical healthcare facilities, which they could use for the application the care process.

These skills are important for very care professional to develop sustainability and quality so
that the administrative role of the care professionals could be justified. There are multiple
leadership skills associated with the nursing leadership which is associated with critical
administrative roles such as critical thinking abilities, integrity, emotional intelligence,
communication skills, mentorship as these skills help them to promote their administrative
regulations and help the nursing professionals to understand the concept associated with the
clinical leadership so that they could understand the rules regulations and processes
associated with it (Gopee & Galloway, 2017). Further, it also aims to develop a vision of the
care professionals and use their clinical experiences and their professional abilities as process
to promote the value and vision of the care process. The primary role of these regulations is
to protect these aspects and maintain the primary role of patients and their care process at the
centre of it. This will ensure that the care professionals are taking care of the need of the
patients (White, Dudley-Brown & Terhaar, 2016).
Now the primary leadership skill which is important for the growth and development
of the care process should be discussed and with the three skills, such as the technical,
conceptual and humane skills, their effectiveness and abilities could be discussed.

The technical aspect of nursing skills is associated with ability of nursing
professionals to operate different mechanical instruments while diagnosis or medication
administration process so that they could use them for the care process of patients. In this
aspect, the primary role of cardiology associated, pulmonary, neurological aspects and
gastrointestinal aspects were included in technical skill so that these could be used for the
development of effective and quality care process in the care settings (Giddens, 2017).

While working with patients that require constant supervision of the nursing
professionals, it is mentioned that every nursing professionals should be acquired with human
skills so that they could help them to overcome their health complications. The skills that
nursing professionals should possess would be communication skills, positive attitude
towards their work, their ability to work in teams, as well as leadership and mentoring
abilities so that a proper direction could be provided to the patients for their healthcare and
they could develop abilities for compliance to those processes. Hence it is also important for
patients (Stanley, 2016).
Answer 1.3.3
While discussing about the third aspect such as conceptual skills, the discussion
should include the ability of the nursing professionals with abilities so that they could help
the patients to overcome their health complications. In this process Pihlainen, Kivinen and
Lammintakanen (2016) mentions that conceptual skill is the ability of the nursing
professionals to work on the abstract concepts and ideas that helps the professionals by
integrating the care process. Hence, this skills and its application in the care process would
have been discussed in this paper.
In my clinical experience as well I have faced multiple situations that helped me to
understand the importance of the nursing leadership and management perspectives so that I
could use those aspects for improvement of my care abilities. While working in my frits
clinical leadership, I understand the importance of communication and interaction associated
nursing abilities so that I could use them for the growth and development of the care process.
In that situation, the care professionals that helped me through their supervision, helped me to
understand that communication and interaction are the primary aspects that would help me to
understand the care environment within the care facility and convey my complications in the

care process. That situation also helped me to understand the importance of technological
skills as that was my first exposure to a practical care facility and I understood the importance
of learning these machines so that patients and their diagnosis and interventions could be
effectively provided to the patients. Hence, through the application of these skills and nursing
abilities, every professionals would be able to provide the patients with effective and quality
treatment for their growth and improvement of wellbeing and in this the role of leadership
cannot be neglected.
