Effect of Nurse Empowerment Educational Program on Patient Safety Culture

This study examines the effect of a nurse empowerment educational program on patient safety culture in a randomized controlled trial. The study aims to determine the impact of nursing empowerment through education on increasing the cultural safety of adult patients in ICU units. The intervention includes workshops and educational materials, while the control group does not participate in the program. The main outcome is improved cultural safety in nursing care. The study uses a randomized controlled trial design and includes nurses and nursing supervisors as the study population. The study is relevant to the field of medical education.
