This leads to holistic development of the team and results in positive outcomes. Good leadership is measured by taking feedback from his team members. Team performance is also a measure of good leadership. Positive outcomes along with driving the team towards excellence is one of the key signs of good leadership. Good leadership can also be measured by showing a graph of improvement of the teammembers’ performance from initial level to next level. Is the future of professional nursing at risk without good leaders? Yes, the future of professional nursing is at risk without good leaders. Good leaders streamlines the activities that has to be followed by team members. He is the one who delegates tasks to the team members. A leader is a person who motivates the team members.
