Introduction
In the present case study, it has been analysed that Moira is being suffering from mental
health issues. She consumes alcohol on regular basis and is also suffering from problem of poor
diet and self-care. She has bipolar disorder (Maurício and et.al., 2017).

Problem statement: Not being able to take self-care
For enhancing health outcome of Moira nurses can make use of Roper Logan Tierney
model. In this there are activities which can be performed by patient and nurses so that safe
environment can be maintained. In this patient needs to be involved in doing self-care by
eliminating drinking and eating healthy. It can also be useful in improving condition of patients.

In this nurses can make use of Tidal model. This model can be useful in lowering down
mental stress of patients and also can be useful in enhancing their health outcome and well-

enhancement. It will be useful in revitalising own personal lives experiences. This model is

From the above study it has been summarised that various framework has been used in order
