Ethical and Legal Issues in Nursing Practice: A Case Study on Social Media Usage

This case study discusses the strategies to be implemented in a situation where a graduate RN has posted comments on Instagram regarding a patient who is hard to take care of. It includes a critical evaluation of the situation, literature review, and ethical and legal issues in nursing practice related to social media usage. The NMBA code of ethics for nurses is also discussed.
