Introduction
The study illustrates a research project management plan for Evidence-Based Nursing
Practice. With the execution of this study, a comprehensive understanding regarding the different
elements that will be used under this research project of nursing practice would be attained. The
study would exemplify the steps that are required to be followed for the execution of a research
project
Background
The very first step in the research project management plan is providing a brief idea
about the selected research topic. Nursing is one of the professional health care areas in which
critical decisions are required to be taken during the course of practice. Often theses clinical
decision is critical and has to be taken by the nurses with utmost care. In context to the evidence,
based nursing practice is regarded to be conscientious utilization of current evidence in making
decision about a patient's care and interventions. The background of the study illustrates the
problem statement of research, which is the role of evidence-based nursing in improving the
decision making skills of the nurses (Davies & Hughes, 2014).
Aim
In this step of the project plan, the research aim is established which exemplifies the key
aspect that is undertaken for the research study. The major aim of this study is to determine the
role of evidence-based nursing practice in improving the decision-making skills of the
professional nurses.
Objectives
The objectives of the project plan set out the major goals that are tried to being accomplished
