1. Conclusions from the collected dataAlthough, Jenna was a happy and fun loving child but since a few days, she has becomevery short tempered. It may be because of her changing health conditions. Her pulse rate wasevaluated as 120 per minute but a normal range for it comes between 60 -100. She was alsoundergoing whooping cough, because of which her respiratory rate was also increased to anextent, her respiratory rate was 36 per min but a normal RR comes within the range of 12 to 20(Munhall, 2012). The rate below 18 or after 20 is considered as abnormal. She was sufferingfrom whooping cough, so it is obvious enough that her respiratory rate will be affected. So, itincreased till 36. Her blood pressure rate was analysed as 115/80 mm HG but a normal range ofblood pressure is analysed between 120/80 mm HG (Holloway and Galvin, 2016). Irregularrange of blood pressure is also responsible for anxiety which further causes headaches and theperson feels irritated, as Jenna was becoming short tempered because all of these factors wereaffecting her viral respiratory infection which was causing whooping cough.2. Discussion of the health conditions It can be a better option to discuss all these symptoms to a health care professional in thecommunity health centre because the professional can provide a better treatment for theseconditions of Jenna. After that, the nurses in the community health centre can take care of Jennaby providing her efficient medication that has been suggested by the professional of thecommunity centre. The reason for discussing these symptoms is very important as the healthcondition of Jenna is not well and is affecting her health as well. She is not able to sleep properlybecause of cough. Also, her body temperature is high. So, these symptoms are responsible formaking her grumpy. So, it is important to discuss these symptoms and follow the treatment sothat her condition can get better.3. Relevant health promotion strategiesHealth promotion strategies can actually help Dana in making the condition of Jennabetter. The two strategies are discussed as under :Develop personal skills : It is a very important method as Dana was just 16 years oldmother and it is obvious that she must not be aware of the roles and responsibilities ofbeing a mother. Somewhere, it has also affected Jenna's health. So, development of
