INTRODUCTION
Health is defined as any individual which is free from any disease. As per this, the
definition state that a person who is physically mentally and emotionally well is called as the
health. As per the given case study, this is well analyzed that the individual is facing various
issues regarding with health. The person has worst situation due to various complication she is
facing nausea and from vomiting. Also they have loss of appetite and she is not able to drink
water in appropriate way. The medication with proper dose use to maintain the physiological

Patient situation
Megan rain in present 33 year old female taken to the hospital with different serious
health issues. This is the one in which she have different health issues and history regarding the
medical health we have diffuse abdominal pain which has started in early morning. Sudden onset
and after they had noticed him high intensity. She have different health issues in history already
taken some medicine like Paracetamol which was of one gram and taken to terms during the day.
Last words were taken how to 6 p.m. In this patient is taken today emergency department and
having different critical health is which part treated as the red area. There is medical history
about the patients father and mother that father have the hypertension and mother has
hypothyroidism. Aspiration medication is done taking Paracetamol 1 gram during the day she
has no any relief from the pain due to this teen was getting pause main gain has told that there
are no dysphoria or diarrhoea. In relation, to this it can say that there is less than normal which is
so that there is hypertension but heart rate is about to normal and temperature is a little bit
elevated she has suffering mild asthma along with depression and anxiety (Cueva and et. al.,
2017).
