INTRODUCTIONLike adults, children also needs exercise for their growth and development. Regularexercise helps in reducing the level of stress, feeling better, increasing their learning in schooland keeping physical feet (Shee, Clapperton and Finch, 2014). So, author wants to determine that weather parentsshould force their children to do exercise or not. For attaining this objective researcher will focuson the advantages and disadvantages of the exercise for kids. Regarding this, researcher willfollow a systematic investigation such as literature review, research methodology and dataanalysis.
