INTRODUCTION
The nutrition is defined as a supplement which is provided from the external source in
order to provide the specific energy in aspect to formation of adenosine triphosphate in the body
to create energetic way off of matter. In this, digestion is a process by which the food particles as
small in and with the help of very enzymatic activity it is digested in the body and helpful in
order to create the energy production. Moreover, the excretion is also defined as a process in
which the waste material or waste product from the body is eliminated, this process is called as
excretion or elimination of waste product. Moreover, there are various gland and hormone and
enzyme play essential role in order to create the nutrition digestion and excretion. However, this
create a positive impact on the body which is useful in order to maintain the internal environment
such as pancreas secrete pancreatic juice which help in the process of digestion of protein and
carbohydrate. In this, liver who create bile juice for the fat digestion and also in the process
which absorb vitamins. In this report, the need of Nutrition with the calibration of carbohydrate
lipids protein vitamin mineral and water are well discussed. As per this, due to the lack of
nutrition and mean there are some diseases are or cause are also discussed in which the process
of digestive systems and their activities are well analysed. However, the role of different process

Good nutrition is defined as the proper intake of vitamin and mineral and the body to need

activity can help maintain a healthy weight the benefits of the good nutrition or also so don't wait

disease, diabetes, stroke and so on. Moreover, it's also reduced high blood pressure lower high
cholesterol improve wellbeing improve ability to fight against the disease by improving the
source of antibody which is produced in the human body. It also improves the ability to recover

from any injury because it usually enhances the activity of body in context to any in less and also
fixed develop the energy level. So, it is very essential to take regular nutrition. Moreover, some
of the eat plenty of fruits, eat some of the vegetables which is green, eat varieties of grains at
