There is need to ensure about uptake of effective nutritional diet that should have rich in fibre. There are some of the fibre rich food like broccoli, lentils, sweet potato, wholemeal biscuit, almond, dried apricot, banana, popcorn, apple and others. There is need to make some improvement in the diet which can help to take care of the John health. In this, it is necessary to include better and fibrous rich food that can help to improve better and effective response towards dealing with better care and help in maintaining better health. This can also help in getting better care of management of sleep where healthy nutritional food can help to feel refreshed after getting off from sleep(Arshi et. al., (2021)).

This can be helpful in releasing the stress and irritation which can allow John to get better quality of sleep and live life effectively(Zubieta et. al., (2021)). There is need to get medication which can include better and effective response which are associated with taking care of effective response. This medication may include esomeprazole, omerprazole, rabeprazole, iansoprazole, rabeprazole along with dexlansoprazole. Here, PPIs can be most effective medical therapy which are effective for the GERD. This can work through blocking the mechanism which produces stomach acid. Through this, it lowers the acidity and have better digestive fluids which involves reflux and reduce related symptoms. Through changing in the diet plan can allow individual to better deal with the anxiety, stress and fatigue and other common health issues which causes due to decreased amount of proper nutrition.
