issue now a day is overweight or obesity, mental health issues etc. the statistical data has been

can be obtained.

1975. In 2016, all about 1.9 million even more than that adults being suffered as well as 18 years
adults and older than that were most likely overweight (Smith and Klein, 2019). The health
issues for undergraduate may become problematic. (Russo and Lumeng, 2018) According to
studies, the individuals do experience negatives impacts as discrimination, social isolation,
teasing as well as bullying, body shaming etc. (Russo and Lumeng, 2018).
Therefore factors cause self-dissatisfaction, may decrease self-esteem as well as it may also
