INTRODUCTION
According to studies, it is stated that health is phase or a state of mental, physical as well
as social well being. Those Individuals who healthy in their mind are impulsively healthy in their
body. As physical health can be maintained and balanced by the external sources but for mental

Recent studies concluded that there are number of people who suffered from heath issues due to
this hectic lifestyle. People often ignore these minor issues at the starting stage, until and unless
get turned into serious issue (Smith and Klein, 2019)..
Most common issues which have observed are physical activities and nutrition, most
common health issue now a days is overweight or obesity, mental health issues etc. the statistical
data has been collected and observed by random variables. It is a method from which statistical
interference can be obtained. The statical data state that worldwide issue of obesity has nearly
about tripled Since 1975. In 2016, all about 1.9 million even more than that adults being
suffered as well as 18 years adults and older than that were most likely overweight. The health
issues for undergraduate may become problematic. According to studies, the individuals do
experience negatives impacts as discrimination, social isolation, teasing as well as bullying, body
shaming etc. These factors causes self-dis satisfaction, may decrease self-esteem as well as it
may also increase suicidal tendencies in some youth. In this following report, the illustration of
impacts of obesity has been demonstrated.
MAIN BODY
Obesity is known as a complex disease which causes excessive amount of body fat,
which is not just a cosmetic concern but is a huge medical problem through number of
individuals are suffering. The concern that is highly developed for the person suffering from
obesity is of risk and challenges of other diseases and health issues like heart ache, diabetes, high
blood pressure and many other factors related to fat. Obesity can not be easily ignored and
avoided people do have huge problems in ignoring and avoiding obesity. Most often people
suffering from obesity is when they inherit combination of factors from parents, combined with
surrounded environment, personal diet and a chose of life and the ways in which individual lead
