OBJECT MODELLING Introduction: The story board is referred to as the graphic organizer which offers the viewer with a high-level visualization of final application. The story board allows the organization to quickly understand what the final product of the project will look like. The storyboard allows the organization to recognize the scenarios based on which the application will be used. Various functions of the final application can be easily understood. The use case is the way of identifying the interaction between the users and the system. The use case provides the foundation of story board. The assignment is created based on the case study of National University Enrolment System. This system is proposed for making the enrolment process more accurate, effective and efficient. The assignment provides detailed description of the various situations of the story board and the drilldown report. Organizationbackground:NationalUniversityisinMelbourne,Australia. The organizationcurrentlywants an enrolmentsystemthat can handle the studentenrolment throughout the academic year. The system will collect the details of the system and store all those details into the system. After the registration is successful, the student will be allowed to the next phase. In the next phase, the student selects the course that he wants to enrol in. The student will be allowed to review the details of the enrolment process so far. If anything is wrong then the student can go back and select the right option. The student will pay to reserve seat in the course.
OBJECT MODELLING Story Boards: Total eighteen use cases has been found the use case analysis part. Among all those use cases sign up, login, course details, select course, reviewing details, payment making, approval of registration and upload course has been selected for the story board. The description of the use case are as following. i.Sign up: The sign up process of the information system will include the sign up process where the customer will sign up for completing the registration. ii.Login:The system will have to complete the login process for selecting the course details and the term details. They also have to login for getting the other details related to the university and the course. iii.Course Details: The student needs to get the course details of the university so that they can enrol themselves for the course. iv.Payment making: The student needs to make the payment for the selected course in this use case. v.Approval of Registration: The administrator approves the registration of the student. vi.Selecting course details: The selecting process of the course details are to be selected in this use case. vii.Upload Course details: The course details of the academic year is to be uploaded by the administrator in this use case. viii.Need card details: For approving the course of the student, the administrator needs to get the card details of the student.

OBJECT MODELLING ix.Reviewing Details: Before the payment process, the student needs to review their form finally to confirm all the selected credentials.
OBJECT MODELLING Courses: Figure 1: Courses Page Mock Up of National University Enrolment system (Source: Created by Author) The student will see the course page when application opened. The student can search for courses or click on the available courses on screen.
OBJECT MODELLING Sign In: Figure 2: Student Sign In Mock Up of National University Enrolment system (Source: Created by Author) After clicking on the course name available in course page, the student will see a login popup screen in the application. This is because, the system does not allow any anonymous user to access its core functions. If the student has an account then submitting the login form using email id and password will enough for authentication. If customer does not have an account then link for registration page is clicked.

There is an arrow in the screen for every student. The admin will see a popup page after clicking on this arrow. Drill Down Report: Usage of drill down mainly finds its way in the processing of the navigation of the data among the different layers with the help of clicking of the specific elements as per the

OBJECT MODELLING functioning of the web page. Exploring the multi-dimensional data as per the navigation of the level down process. This exploring is performed in a detailed manner. This insists the fact that proper management of the business management will be performed as per the implementation of the OLAP. In case the view of the users are taken into consideration, drill down system is present in thegraphicaluser interface.Withthe helpof the OLAP, answeringof thecomplex terminologies will be performed (Diamantini, Potena & Storti 2016). This ensures the fact that properfunctioningofthedatarepresentationinthefinallevelisreceived.Forproper provisioning of the questions the main aspect that is considered includes the exact and right level of data that will be beneficial. Data can be viewed in vivid and distinct manner even without the usage of the dashboard creation. Digging of various layers of the data can be performed without the need of the navigation. The data that are present in the different layers helps in performing of the garnering of data (Fittkau, Roth & Hasselbring 2015). Viewing of the data can be performed in a distinct and unique manner as per click. The visualization changes every time after each click. This benefit helps in increasing the efficiency as per the commencing of the performance in the single data layer gets performed. This leads to the fact that the time that is required for completion of the query time is reduced. Identification and discussion of the drill down Interactive system as per the processing of the self service analytics can be performed and this is termed as one of the most important aspect of drill down. The reliability of the service that will be received includes proper processing of the management of the simplicity of the data that is used in the process. The simplicity of the data helps in generating better output of the
OBJECT MODELLING system. Proper structuring of the comprehendible data will be performed as per the processing of the metadata layer. The drill down function helps in better understanding of the system that the processing of the data management system will be performed as per the processing of the hierarchy of the structure. Development time is saved as per the processing of the manual codes take more time than the processing of the same with the help of the drill down (Asokarajan et al, 2016). Implementation of the single sign on technology can be performed with the help of the processing of the API. This ensures that the enrolment process of the university will get benefitted from the system. Rest of the data that is present includes the fact that better display of the user data can be gained. The main advantage that is gained includes the fact that proper management of the report view of the intended user can be made. JR report has the equipped technology that helps in completion of the projects that require experiencing of the complex requirement. Another major benefit of using the JR report is that the functional characteristics of performing the project scheduling helps the entire process in a manner that provides higher support to the system that helps in maintaining the processing of the drill down and provide the entire data as per the estimated time and hence the regular time of the interval will be performed as per the triggers (Wu 2016). The aspect of the bursting of the report in a manner that benefits the functioning of the allignmenmt of enrolment of the students. Again with the introduction of the bursting of the report the need of scheduling of the system can be performed and hence the functional process is performed as per the commencing of the bursting provides higher efficiency than that of the scheduling process. Exploring of the multi-dimensional data as per the navigation process can be performed with a shift from the general level and gets performed until the next level.
OBJECT MODELLING Aftertheimplementationofthedrilldownthemainaspectthatistakeninto consideration is that the management of the report that will be provided as per the user can be performed with the help of reaching to the deeps of the data that are provided by the platform of data analytics. Implementation of the drill down system in the interactive dashboard helps in better processing of the data analysis (Bernard et al, 2015). With the help of the proper performing of the data analytics the main advantage that is gained includes filtering of the data that is required for the getting the exact set of data. This process of implementing the drill down ensures that the allocation process gets better and hence the admission process gets easier. Conclusion: From the above study it can be concluded that the proposed interaction between the system and the user is well designed. The student will be provided all the basic function to enroll into courses. The system will allow the user to register and login which is essential for implementing basic level security. It is essential to follow the most efficient way of interacting with the system while considering a story board. Provided prototypes are also very well structured and maintain usability principles. The diagrams are well designed and all the elements in the screen can be seen properly. The student can easily determine the purpose of the page when it opens. The drilldown report has been described properly.
