OBJECT MODELLING Introduction The following report is all about National University, a leading institute in the whole Melbourne, Australia. It aims to offer a range of courses like diploma, postgraduate and lastly undergraduate in the domain of information system (Sarvghad, Tory & Mahyar, 2016). The university aims to offer three semesters in a single year. For improving the student admission process of University department, the university coming up plan to build up an Enrolment system. It will merely help them in managing enrolment in their academic session. The enrolment of student in this university will comprise of list of steps. In the very first step, system will have all the required data about the student like name, mobile number, email address and lastly student ID (Kahng, Fang & Chau, 2016). As soon as the authentication is done it will move to the second step where complete authentication will be done. The system need will make ask the user to easily select most of information system, laws and business for which the given enrolment needs to be done (Shah, 2016). As soon as, the selection is done the system will ultimately verify whether correct selection is done or not as per the availability. The report will help in having a proper description has been done with respect to various activities of SDCL model. After that, an analysis has been done with respect to respect to proposal for the feasibility of the client software proposal. In the last section, an idea has been provided with respect to drill down and its overall discussion has been provided in details. Discussion Description and analysis of design activities of the SDLC SDLC stands for System Development Life Cycle which is known to be a series of steps that is needed for creating a particular information system. In this, a system software and
OBJECT MODELLING hardware system of information system aims to satisfying the requirement of the customer (Chengyu et al., 2016). The main notion of SDLC is all about meeting the need of high quality of system so that it can meet the need of the students at National University. The main notion is all about reaching the competition in the given time and budget. It mainly tends to work in effective and efficiently that is properly planned for the given information technology infrastructure (Wongsuphasawat et al., 2017). SDLC is known to be conceptual model that is inclusive of required policies and procedure for developing a system in the whole lifecycle. SDLC is mainly used by analysts to so that they can easily develop an information system (Alshamrani & Bahattab, 2015). SDLC is mainly inclusive of implementation, design, deployment, operation and lastly testing. There are mainly five phases of SDLC model like ļ·Planning where a preapproval of project initiation, plan, schedule and feasibility is completely discussed. ļ·In analysis phase an understanding is done with respect to the need of business and processing needs. ļ·In design phase, a proper solution is provided which is completely based on requirement and analysis of decision. ļ·In implementation, there is need of installing a new system. ļ·In the last phase that is maintenance there is a need of maintaining the health and its overall improvement (Alshamrani & Bahattab, 2015).

OBJECT MODELLING ļ·It is inclusive of handling various kind of error along with resolving issues which may exists in the whole system. Business Proposal for understanding the feasibility of the project Feasibility study is all about making an analysis of the various factors of the project into required parts like technical, legal, economic and consideration of schedule. It is mainly needed for assuring the overall completion of the project that is implementation of new information system is National university (Shah, 2016). In general, the project managers make use of feasibility study so that they can have an idea with respect to benefits and drawbacks of the new enrolment system at National University. ļ·New enrolment System at National University will help the student in easy registration on the database. ļ·The new information system will collect and store all the details with respect to course that is mainly provided by the Notational university (Rastogi, 2015). ļ·The system aims to collect and store all the required data that is completely provided by the University to the student. ļ·NewdatabasewillupdatetheNationaluniversitysostoreallthedetailsofthe coursework of the student (Kumar, 2018). It will be mainly provided to student at the enrolment stage right before the step of payment. ļ·New information system at this National University will help the student is choosing three to four courses for the given semester along with corresponding classes (Chengyu et al., 2016). ļ·New enrolment system will allow the student to make required changes if necessary right before the processing of payment.
OBJECT MODELLING ļ·If the complete payment is made through master card or debit card, then the student is asked to provide all the required details of the card like pin number and CVV at the time of payment. ļ·New enrolment system will aim to store all the details of card for any kind of future payment and only OPT is needed for making payment (Tsui, Davis & Sahlin, 2018). So, the student does not need to provide all the card details next time. ļ·Enrolment system will store all information like dates of the academic for each and every given course. Drill down of Information System at National University Drill down mainly focus on making the overall reporting very much powerful and useful in nature. In the domain of business intelligence, drill down and drill through are known to be two extreme powerful points (Dora & Dubey, 2015). It is mainly used by user so that it can provide the overall ability for seeing both information and data in depth. Drill down can be defined as the capability which helps the user to have a more general view of the data. It is mainly done in just one click of the mouse. A report for sales aims to provide revenue by state where user can easily select by state option by clicking on the state (Rather & Bhatnagar, 2015). User can see the overall sales revenue country with the given state. It is named drill down because this particular feature will allow the user to easily go deep in various specific layers of data or information that is being analysed. There is various level of drill down project which can bring the whole report in practical that is supported by data (Jindal, 2016). Drill down can go from country or city to zip code or even some specific location of the given store.
OBJECT MODELLING Instead of taking user to much more of the given granular data, it merely takes them through the report which has relevant data (Kahng, Fang & Chau, 2016). There are large number of benefits of Drill down of a project like ļ·It is all about gaining instant knowledge about the various depths of data (Nazir & Nazir, 2018). Drill down provides the user with much of insight of the data. ļ·It helps in setting up of data from various point of view. Drill down will the user to make an analysis of the same kind of data by making use of various reports. ļ·It helps in keeping the whole report light as much as possible. It is all about improvement of overall performance of user (Roy, Dasgupta & Chaki, 2016). It is merely help the user like features like drill down of load of the server at the instance of query. It will merely improve the overall performance of reporting. Data-based decision can be used for improving by analysing the problem statement for exploration. Dashboard of enrolment system at National University aims to disaggregate all the required disciplines referrals. It merely aims to provide seven kind of reports at the time of average referrals on everyday basis (Vitale & Siddiqi, 2016). The core components aim to highlight about peaks and valley with respect to referral patterns. It is not possible for identifying patterns among the annual report and identity of information needed for solving problem by making use of reports. Drill down tool will allow the national university to be very much analytical in nature with referred data and identifying the information. The very first step in the use of drill down tool is all about identifying the required item needed for inquiry (Bayraktarov et al., 2016). Down tool filter is needed by university to display all the required data in the report that is inclusive of unique datasets. As soon as the report is generated, the provided graph can be easily changed that allow the dataset to be completely viewed by the help of various lenses. Any
