Format: This assessment task incorporates the knowledge of occupational health management
that has been obtained throughout the unit and applies that knowledge in a manner
that is directly transferable to the workforce. Once in the workforce, the student will be
expected to identify occupational health hazards and develop strategies for the
management of those hazards. In this assessment, students will be expected to critically
discuss the potential impact of the hazard that they have identified, develop a strategy
to manage the hazard, discuss how the strategy will be implemented and discuss how
the strategy will be monitored and evaluated.
