Introduction
In terms of the economic facilities the strategic crucial necessity of either construction or
development of any buildings the total potential of investment are referred to as certain attributes
that may attract all industry operators under their project rays (Simatupang & Sridharan, 2016).
While constructing an office complex for the school of design and technology, the contractors,
