INTRODUCTION
Learning and Development plays a very important role in learning and it is totally based
upon the analysis of the different methods which helps in making an individual person ensured
regarding the perception within knowledge and skills. The major role or objective of such
concept is basically creating knowledge and learning regarding the overall development. In the
modern scenario, there are a lot of problems and difficulties within the entire learning process
which resulted in making and affecting the education quality resulting in impacting the different
colleges and schools who are basically focusing on resolving these issues to an extent. It also
leaded to forming new learning patterns and also development of various features which allows
the people to attain and achieve excellence in a specific field. In addition to that, learning and
development is considered to be a wider area when it comes to handling variety of issues. The
present report basically involves Ofsted report and includes three major themes in relation to
teachers understanding about the motivation of student, learners from low income household and
certain demographics.

Overview of Ofsted Report
The present report is basically related to the scenario of COVID 19 which has resulted in
influencing the various aspects of learning and life. During the pandemic time, it become really
difficult for each and every individual involved in the field of education. Various measures and
efforts had been made by educational institutions, colleges and schools for the purpose to ensure
learning is done with the support of educational portals which helps in making the process of
education effective. The current report involves analysing the different changes within the
process of education and also the difficulties emerged during the pandemic within the field of
education. Moreover, the report comprises of different values which are important to be followed
within the development and learning. Also the report has been acted as a strong support for
educational consultant in order to tackle the different issues in relation to the development and
learning (Gil, Rodrigo-Moya and Morcillo-Bellido, 2018).

Demonstration regarding the themes the school might consider
In context to UK schools, the themes are basically based upon the underperformance and
demographics and also the low income households who are involved in issues within the
education and digital area. In addition to that, it involves the abilities of the teachers to motivate
the students and also offering delivery of lecturers in a timely manner. All these themes supports
a lot in dealing with the problems and hurdles in relation to the education sector in a more
effective manner (Asheim, 2019).
What the school could be focusing on in context to diversity factor, involving the influence and
consequences of good diversity management for individuals.
In relation to Diversity, it is considered to be a very important aspect which is basically
based upon the development of the major features and characteristics involved among the
learning field. In addition to that, it has allowed innovation and different learning methods used
by the different institutions of United Kingdom. Diversity is considered to be a really important
aspect as it is based upon the development of the unique characteristics within the learning fields.
With the support of diversity, it has resulted in applying innovation within the learning ways
which are basically used by the educational institutions in United Kingdom. With the support of
diversity, it has allowed students to learn regarding the different perspectives of culture and also
socializing that has basically made the students better citizen in the future. With the support of
diversity, the overall development of the students is done in order to make them better human
beings (Visvizi, Lytras and Daniela, 2018). In addition to that, there are various studies on the
demographic variables of the learning outcome and learners and some of these basically involves
carrying out a study in Rivers State and also investigating regarding the students academic
achievement in English and Mathematics. Moreover, it could be determined that the gender
aspect has resulted in impacting the performance of students in mathematics but did not exert any
influence on the performance in relation to English. As per the research, it could be determined
that male students easily outsmart their female classmates. Moreover, different issues in relation
to demographics can be discussed below:
