Introduction
The implication of effective construction projects would be helpful for executing the
activities of oil tanker renovation project. The innovation of the construction projects would be
responsible for the innovation and development of the successful integration and alignment
(Verzuh, 2015). The management activities had been largely implied for taking care of the
successful completion of the project of Oil tanker renovation. The assignment would include the
factors of analysis of implementation plan, management plan, project performance evaluation,
and project closure. The completion of the projects would be helpful for implying the

proper fulfilment of the tanks, and reporting the completion of the activities. The completion of
all of these activities would help in completing the project activities. The explanation of the
activities of the implementation plan is given below,
Restoring the storage capacities of tanks- the renovation works would require the
changes and fixation works to be done for modifying the existing oil tankers as they have grown
old and many issues like damp, dent, and leakage have been faced for the operations of the
organization. The project would include the activity for increasing the capacity of the tanks and
the alignment of the innovation management (Nelson & Staggers, 2016). The integration of the
factors for development and information system development had been largely helpful for
forming the successful integration and management. The storage of the tankers would be
increased with the utilization and development for the increased customer demands. The oil
tanker company would get the benefit of implying the successful integration and development.
Improvement within the supply related activities- the renovation works for the oil tanker
