This report discusses the implementation plan, management plan, project performance evaluation, and project closure of the Oil Tanker Renovation Project. The implementation plan involves the renovation of oil tankers in Western Australia, including fixing tanks, improving supply, dealing with logistics problems, fulfilling tanks, and reporting completion. The management plan uses a Fixed Price Contract, Top down Estimation resource management, and traditional waterfall planning method. The project performance evaluation includes feasibility analysis, planning checklist, and 7QC tools. The project closure includes a closure checklist and post-project review.
