INTRODUCTION Survey generally refers to the primary form of data collection tool which is used to collect variety of different sort of the information in the market. This report highlights different concern which need to be consider out of survey. After that report highlights the intervention or initiative which will be taken in the organization. In the end report highlightsApproach to address ‘you said we listen’ approach by management. MAIN BODY Different concern which need to be consider by the company out of the data sourced from survey Looking at the outcome and result which has been derived from the survey which was conducted it was analyzed that there are varieties of the different sort of the significance which are found from the outcome of the survey(Heeringaand et.al., 2017). At the same time it was also analyzed that there are many outcome which is not that positive, for the same reason these sort of the outcomes need to be consider by the Lisa and on the basis of the same variety of the different decision need to be taken in the organization in the organization in the long run. Some of the outcome which need to be considered by the Lisa are as follows: 1 Finding Satisfaction level, from the different outcome which has been derived it has been understand that there are good number of the individual in the market are satisfied in the organization as 90% state they are happy with job, 55 are happy due to work life balance and 21 are satisfied with pay and benefit. At the same time survey also highlights that no one says that they are very satisfied this result has to be consider by the Lisa(Armstrongand Landers, 2018). As it explain that company is making good sort of efforts in maintaining the satisfaction level of employee but lacking at some point in doing the same as no one in the organization is very satisfied. This may create the variety of the issue for the organization for example: if they will find better pay job or opportunity they will definitely make a change this will create the variety of the issue for the company to manage in the long run. to manage the amount of the human resource in the organization and also satisfaction level of all of them as well in the organization 2 Finding Promoting training and development opportunity, it is another important sort of outcome which needs to be considered by Lisa in market. It has been identified that only 33 percent of the respondent in the organization used to feel that training and development opportunity are provided to them in the organization. This has been identified that 33 percent is really a small amount of the respondent who are happy with the same(Agresti,2018). As all the individual generally looks for the organization who used to provide good sort of training and development program in the organization. So organization has to make sure that they used to provide good sort of training and development opportunity to all the individual in the market. This will eventually help the company in getting better number of satisfied individual in the organization as it has been identified that there are very less number of the individual in the organization who are satisfied. Not providing the training and development opportunity in the organization will eventually create the situation where organization will see that human power which is carrying out different activity in the organization is not that good or not having the same level of the competency which is generally expected by the different individual in the market. So it is very much important for the business to offer the variety of the different training and development opportunity in the market which will help the company in seeing well sort of the result in the long run as well. 3 Finding Change management, it is the another big sort of the concern in front of the Lisa in general as the survey clearly used to mention that out of the all the different type of the change which are brought in the organization only 15 percent of the change are generally managed successfully in the organization. This is not that good sign at all for the company. It has been analysed that for being successful in the market and also for being effective in the market it is very much important for the business to have a good idea about the change management and on the basis of the same they should have the capability of managing the different change in the better way in the organization. For example: Not managing the change in the better way in the organization used to create the situation where effectively of organization generally used to see the negative impact in the organization. 4 Finding Job security, is the another sort of the thing which need to be consider by the organization in the long run as data collected with the help of the survey shows that just 36 percent of the respondent in the organization only used to consider that there is good sort of job security in the organization. This is not that great sign for the company in the long run. As it has been identified that not providing the good sort of job security to all the employee in the organization will create the situation in which employee will look to move to theorganization who are generally providing the better sort of the job security. For the same reason Lisa has to make sure that they are building good sort of relationship with the employee are providing good sort of the assurance to them in context of the job it will eventually help the company in promoting good sort of job security in the organization in the long run. 5 Finding Recognisation or communication issue, it is another important which need to be consider by the Lisa in the organization. It has been identified that employee in the organization used to belief that they used to not get the same sort of recognization in return of the work which is performed by them in the organization. It has been identified that only 26 percent of the individual has given the idea that they used to get recognization. This is not that good sort of the sign for the company in the long run, as it has been identified that this type of the situation in the organization used to build the negative working environment in the organization, this result in building variety of the different sort of the conflict among different employee in the organization (Chambers, 2018). Some of the initiatives which can be taken by the Lisa in the future scenario are as follows: Adoption of change management model: It is the first initiative which needs to be taken by the Lisa in the organization(Noeand Kodwani, 2018). Reason behind highlighting the same is that organization will able to manage the different changes in the better way in the organization. Also, it will help the organization in managing the different sort of the change in the better. As in the survey it has clearly identify that change management in the organization is not that great as only 15 percent of the changes are managed by different individual in the market. Importance related to these sort of the initiative is as follows: Change management will help the company in bringing good sort of the clarity in the organization, as it has been identified that adopting good change management tool in the organization will help the company in managing good sort of the clarity as in change management tool all the individual in the organization are formally provided with the variety of the different information regarding the role to be done(Cameronand Green, 2019). Also change management in the organization will help the council in saving and using different resources in the better way in the organization. Another initiative which need to be taken by the Lisa in the market is in regards of managing the varieties of different sort of the concern is organizing different training and development program in the organization as it has been identified that there are not many individual who used to believe that proper training and development opportunity are provided in market. Providing training and the development program in the organization will help the council in improving the skill set level of the different individual in the market in a way that it used to help the company in improving the different skill set which is possess by organization in the long run. As training and development program play important role in improving skill set of different individual in the market(Noeand Kodwani, 2018). Another importance of providing training and development opportunity in the market will help the company in building good trust with the employee in the organization as it has been identified that providing training to the employee used to pass on the message to the employee that they used to look behind us at the time of carrying out different activity in the organization . Another initiative which can be taken by the Lisa is in regards of managing the above concern is in regards of building a good and positive working environment in the organization. This can be done in the organization by adopting clear structure to communicate in the organization. Importance of this initiative is as follows: Building good working environment in the organization will assist the company in building good relationship with the employee in the organization.
