INTRODUCTION
Human Resource Management is understood as the department of any of the business
organisation which mainly focuses upon recruiting, selecting process. It is very crucial
department in any of the company because selection of right candidate can help the organisation
to perform better in any of the situation (Luxen, 2018). Also, process is HRM is continuous
where main agenda is to keep motivating the employees to improve their performance for the
purpose of accomplishing the goals. The prepared report is all about Old-bridge District Council.
This council is being managed by the group of four members. In order to obtain the opinion of
employees who are working, survey has been conducted which will help to maintain the records
for future improvement. On this basis of survey five key finds will be focus in this respective
file. By looking at the findings, initiatives will be taken for the purpose of bringing the changes
in the working environment.
MAIN BODY
1. Explain about the five different important key findings on which Lisa must focus. Also,
explain the importance of those finding for leading and managing the people at work.
In any of the organisation, working environment has the crucial role as it is the only
source which can tell that what company is going to earn profit or not. But, the important thing
which is needed to be kept in the mind is that management of any organisation can only succeed
in that respective situation where they are able to take some of the opinion from employees. It is
one of the way through which any of the company can improve their performance and even
option is available with company to achieve better results (Renwick, Redman and Maguire,
2013). In the same manner, Old-bridge District have conducted the survey where they were
benefited as necessary information were collected from employees. On the basis of conducted
survey, option is available to do the improvement on the positive side. Number of findings had
been done but among them some of the important finding where Lisa can focus more is
explained below:
Work to be rewarding: Whenever any of the employees work with in the premisses of
office or factory, they simply wants rewards for the efforts which they have shown towards the
organisation. Each of the employees have the concept that if they will be rewards for the work
then they can easily allow themselves to give more efforts towards the working environment of a
