Introduction
Since the invention of the automobile a whole business opportunities lot have been
generated within the automobile sector along with mobile auto mechanic repair business is one
of them (Blumberg, 2016). The new business idea focuses on developing effective on call
mechanic service through developing fleets of automobiles are being added to the garages of
consumers. This new business idea is focused on offering better mechanical services to its
consumers. The new idea of business is focussed on developing an auto workshop along with
hiring the services of mobile mechanics if required (Bozeman & Su, 2015). If required this new
business idea will offer auto mechanics with routine servicing, major repair works or in order to
refurbishing their cars. The objective of the paper is to carry out analysis of the new idea along
with proposing a new business model canvas. It the new idea will be developed based on which
the new idea will be developed. Feasibility evaluation of on call mechanic service will also be
conducted along with analysing the critical success factors of the company.
Problem Identification
The auto repair industry of Australia is observed to be an open industry that has a
decreased level of market share concentration (Finch, 2016). Even though huge automobile
organizations operate within the sector, revenue is also spread between several small auto
garages along with even mobile auto repair businesses. It is recognised that there are no auto
company or repair shop that can account for more than 5% of the revenue generated by the
organization (Wiese, Min, Hong & Zimmerman, 2015). For such reasons the mobile mechanic

increased per capita disposable income along with corporate profit encourages customers to
select suitable auto repair and maintenance services in comparison to “do-it-yourself” repair
services (Georgiev, Noulas & Mascolo, 2014). Increasing disposable income levels are
anticipated to develop continuously that encourages the consumers to spend increased amounts
on the repair and maintenance of automobiles. It is turning out to be important for find
automobile engineers, mechanics along with technicians that does not have necessary finance for
renting a shop for the mobile auto repair garage business. They area also identified to move
around particularly on the highways with their complete tool box searching for cars, vans and
