Dear Mr. William Matter, Through this letter I present the first draft of my research proposal which is on determination of the most feasible online ecommerce for the business. As per my opinion, with the rapid advancement in technology over the last two decades, e-commerce has experienced several number of nnew as well as advanced technological approach that posses the potential to enhance the sales as well as the reveniue of organizations. I strongly believe that implementation of well designed and ready-to-run online store posses the potential to boost international sales of the company. The online stores will enable the consumers to order, select their payment procedure, pay as well as track the delivery process o their product all from the online store. Thus as per my opinion the management of the organization should adopt the new concept of e-commerece. For this, I belive that the management should provide effective training to the employees as well as appoint excellent website developers in order to develop an excellent online store. Introduction More than two decades the e-commerce is playing a key role in the sales and marketing department of the organization and became the integral part of the organization. Continuously the prevalence of the e commerce is growing with the positive impact on the business. Despite of this, not all the stores of the organization using the essential feature of it(Manzoor, 2010).The proper use of e-commerce and use of Shopify can generate a huge amount of the income. For many people in the world, e-commerce is the most attractive and preferred way for the shopping. The organizations, who adopted the new features of the e commerce are able to grow through increasing their sales. Web site feature and customer psychology are associated with the performance of the organization. The growth of the e-commerce is at a very fast pace and it is attracting the offline retailers as well because it gives an opportunity to reach new customers(Maliaka, 2016). In the proposed report, there is the plan to increase the international sale of the company. To increase the international sale, there is the requirement of more sophisticated and integrated online stores which would be different from the current way that is a tab on the company website.The company needs well designed and ready to run website for the growth of the international sale and attract the new customers at the international level. Data Section The data is collected from the observation, questionnaires and the focus discussion. The reachof the organizationwillincrease at the international level with the high security. The growth and revenue generation of the organization will increase. Disadvantages There are some disadvantages are also associated with the adoption of the new concept associated with the e-commerce. The data show that at the international level, no one can buy anything from anywhere if the website get a crash. Through the new concept, it is rare but cannot
be totally ignored. There are various competitors in the market and the customers can be impatient if they are not getting a right and timely response(Frias, 2015). Conclusion Summary and recommendation There are few disadvantages, which are associated with the implementation of a new concept of the e-commerce for an organization. The advantages are more and the implementation of new concepts will be able to increase the international online market. The cost of the adoption of the new concept is feasible if we compare it with the associated advantages with it. The e-commerce will be able generate more revenue for the organization and will be able to associate with the new customers at the international level. One important and significant recommendation is that the integration of e-commerce and online stores in the fiscal year. Most of the online stores are already set, but the graphics and theme of the online stores are not properly according to the goal and the products of the company. So there is the need to improve it and make it properly. No doubt that implementing the new concept of e-commerce for the set up of the store at the international level will be able to enhance the growth of the organization at the international level.
