As per my opinion, with the rapid advancement in technology over the last two decades, e-commerce has experienced several number of new as well as advanced technological approach that posses the potential to enhance the sales as well as the revenue of organizations. I strongly believe that implementation of well designed and ready- to-run online store possess the potential to boost international sales of the company. The online stores will enable the consumers to order, select their payment procedure, pay as well as track the delivery process on their product all from the online store. Thus as per my opinion the management of the organization should adopt the new concept of e-commerce. For this, I believe that the management should provide effective training to the employees as well as appoint excellent website developers in order to develop an excellent online store. Introduction E-commerce is playing a key role in the sales and marketing department of the organization for more than two decades, and it has become an integral part of the organization. Simultaneously, the prevalence of the e commerce is growing with a positive impact on the business. Despite this, not all the stores of the organization are using its essential feature. The proper use of e-commerce and Shopify can generate a huge amount of the income. For many people in the world, e-commerce is the most attractive and preferred way for shopping. The organizations, who adopted the new features of the e commerce are able to grow through the increase in sales. Web site feature and customer psychology are associated with the performance of the organization. The growth of the e-commerce is at a very fast pace and it is attracting the offline retailers as well because it gives an opportunity to reach new customers(Maliaka, 2016). The proposed report, lays out a plan for increasing the international sale of the company. To increase the international sale, there is the requirement of more sophisticated and integrated online stores which would be different from the current way that is a tab on the company website.The company needs well designed and ready to run website for the growth of the international sale and attract the new customers at the international level.
Data Section The data is collected from the observation, questionnaires and the focus discussion. It has been found that more than 60 percent of the employees stated that they are aware of ecommerce strategies. In the year 2018, the company has spent approximately 15,345 dollars for developing ecommerce sites and for training and recruitment purposes. However according to several workers, the on job training provided by the management is not enough since the time duration of the training given is just 30 minutes per day. Advantages The company wants to increase the online sale and increase the customers at the international level. Some of the potential advantages include: ï‚·The online website with new features will be able to attract the customers, the revenue of the company will increase(Pour & Mehdi, 2013). ï‚·Integration of the Shopify, which are able to integrate the more than 100 online gateways for the payment will provide an expanded way of the transaction. ï‚·The flexible setups, automatic calculations and simple checkouts give security and satisfaction to the customers which they deserve. ï‚·The well designed and ready to run stores will be helpful for the customers to order, pay and track their delivery orders from one single online store. ï‚·The platform is a multifaceted forum that provides a high level of security, there are more than fifty languages in the database, the SSL keeps data secure and
provides convenience to the customers(Hoisington, 2014). The reach of the organization will increase at the international level with the high security. The growth and revenue generation of the organization will increase. Figure 1:Depicts the steady growth of sales and consumer purchases online over the past three months. Through the new concept, it is rare but cannot be totally ignored. ï‚·There are various competitors in the market and the customers can be impatient if they are not getting a right and timely response(Frias, 2015).
Conclusion Summary and recommendation There are few disadvantages, which are associated with the implementation of a new concept of the e-commerce for an organization. The advantages are more and the implementation of new concepts will be able to increase the international online market. The cost of the adoption of the new concept is feasible if we compare it with the associated advantages with it. The e-commerce will be able generate more revenue for the organization and will be able to associate with the new customers at the international level. One important and significant recommendation is that the integration of e-commerce and online stores in the fiscal year. Most of the online stores are already set, but the graphics and theme of the online stores are not properly according to the goal and the products of the company. So there is the need to improve it and make it properly. No doubt that implementing the new concept of e-commerce for the set up of the store at the international level will be able to enhance the growth of the organization at the international level.
