Introduction
 E-learning is a term used to describe an education process that we
may access via an electronic computer and the internet. Online
education and learning are other names for it. "Electronic" is what
the "E" in "E-learning" refers for. Therefore, the phrase "electronic
learning" was first used.
 E-learning is a structured teaching-based learning system that makes
use of electronic information resources. E-learning is primarily
centred on using the computer and the Internet, though education
can also take place in or outside of formal classroom settings.

Online Learning
 It's a system of education wherein learners take their whole
education online.
 It is a place of learning based on the internet.
 Students from different backgrounds may interact and study
together.
 To educate, institutions employ learning management systems
(LMS).

Positives of Online Learning
 Better adaptability: Individuals may study at their own speed and at any time
with this system. There is no longer a necessity to balance employment and
education. It is more convenient for pupils to clarify their concerns.
 Career advancement potential: Encourages individuals to pursue higher
education. This is primarily due to e-learning, which aids individuals in
career growth, skill enhancement, promotion opportunities, and pay raises.
 Although they are less expensive than traditional schooling, courses online
can be expensive. Additionally, it greatly reduces the expense of daily school
travel. The only expense is for technical education.

Negatives of Online Learning
 All physical ailments, including bad posture, poor
vision, and migration, are caused by too much screen
usage. Due to the simplicity of access to social media
and other OTT platforms, it could also result in a loss
of focus.
 Engagement lacks a personalized feel, which might
lead to bad communication. Consequently, this leads to
a poor comprehension of the notion.
 Technical concerns are more prevalent while learning
online since they can occasionally create issues with
sound, vision, and the internet.

Conclusion
 Online learning is a method that allows students and other persons
from a variety of locations to join courses conveniently, as can be
seen from the presentation above. This sort of education
providing students with a broad range of advantages, including
the possibility of obtaining it from a remote location, the ability to
reduce transportation costs, and the ability to develop in their
careers. However, this presentations has various restrictions, such
as additional screen media and ones related to technological
difficulties.
