Online Marketing In today’s world digital marketing has reached far from traditional marketing and known as a best method of marketing in the field of business outreach. Not only large city business companies but even small businesses in remote areas are looking for digital marketing to attract customers towards them and aware them about their products and service(Taiminen & Karjaluoto, 2015).I am doing my study in Business Marketing with major importance of digital marketing in it. In this programme, I am being able to get professionalism which helps me in growth with each and every year. Digital marketing is a process in which the company promote its products with the help of various online websites, blogs, social media, mobile marketing and various digital products (Kannan, 2017). Digital marketing is a platform which provides instant reach of a product to the customers with help of advertising. There are various things which we should know before doing digital marketing. In all these things professional development andethics are most important. Business ethics is an essential component for any business strategy with this a person’s true character is driven and is being judged as ethical and unethical with the outcome of marketing. When I was a little kid, I found advertising very captivating. I found my interest in reading magazines and newspapers in my family to check advertising done within it. As I get older those advertising become less attractive for me because they were not adaptive. They all seem to be out dated, static and non-appropriate according to the change in the society. It is when I discovered that it is digital marketing. In beginning of my middle school these are seeds but with time when I passed from my high school, this becomes major development in business. I love the way that with the change in the society the marketers had to do the constant adjustment to fit it in the society and to attract new customers. I knew that it was the best career opportunity for me. At first instance, I just planned to focus only on business marketing because at that time there are not many professional courses available in digital marketing. In past two-three years, many schools all over the country have installed this programme of digital marketing course. It explains the fundamentals and the methods of search engines and its optimization, well- grounded websites, and so on. All these are the footsteps towards building my career. The important thing about this digital marketing is that we can learn something new each time. In this one can use his own imagination and creativeness to find new advertising skills that will help in business success. It is based on the consumer’s satisfaction and innovative

This is a kind of job fulfilment for which most of the people can only dream about, but my plans regarding my education and job prospectus will help me to achieve my dream job. I am also picking some online work from home in supporting my studies and assist me in paying school fees. It’s very hard for me to create a free flow of money by doing online work because my most of the time is spend in doing my school work only. But still I find some time to complete my freelance work because I love digital marketing. I am looking to a bright side where my digital skills will help me in creating a better career for me and achieving my targets. In starting years of my career I am thinking to do internship in a good digital company. After this when I get sufficient knowledge of this job to feel confidence in myself and my abilities, I am going to open my own digital company in Australia. I want to support my family in future. I already have clear picture in my head that where I want to see myself in coming 10 years, and I know digital marketing will provide me a path to reach there. Beringasdigitalmarketingprofessional,it’simportanttounderstandtheethicsand sensitivity of every topic of social media these play very important in development of career and business. Before doing anything we should know about our audiences, their likes and dislikes, their keen interest and choices(Carr, 2016). It helps in targeting our specific groups and help in sending the relevant messages to them. All the digital marketers’ needs to stay away from any kind of negativity in relation to politics, religious or any racial biasness that can be come out as a controversy. A simple mistake can take a person in a misshape promotion and loss of his position in company. Therefore, it is important to know about these basic ethics and development for long run success. Digital marketing is a job where professionalism and taking care of privacy is major trouble of this new generation. If anyone is promoting anything on internet he must sure that he is not violating any privacy right of any other person. Being true towards yourself and towards your audience is an essential element of digital marketing(Ferrell, et al., 2019). Some marketers after establishing their good name promote some fake news and compromise with privacy which affect its relation with public and also cause in the loss of his company.Hence, we should do everything by taking care of ethics in business.
Online Marketing Internet is a place which is flooded with unauthentic information, which in resulting make marketers job more complex. Therefore always verify all information before sharing it on any advertising on anywhere(Järvinen & Karjaluoto, 2015). If there is anyfactual error than that can lead to embarrassment or the negative image of the business and make a wrong perception against your promoted product. Digital marketing is totally depended on the internet. But, there are so many remote areas where internet does not work properly. So, if company is totally depend on it then there may be chances that it will miss a large customer group(Stephen, 2016). Even in some city areas the speed of internet is not that good. It is a limitation for digital marketers. In digital marketing the main focus of company should be in providing whatever consumers want and gaining feedback for more improvement and giving back to them(Taiminen, 2016). This help in creating a win-win situation for the company by focusing on the consumers. It helps in creating goodwill of the company and also helps in generating the word of mouth of the company(Levy & Gvili, 2015).If the marketer did not focus on its target customers then there are fewer chances for his success in this business. Everything depends on the ethics and development of relations with customers. For the growth of career and company depends being committed toward social responsible of every move made by them. If not, then they have to face all the legal complications which also affect the image of the company(Yasmin, et al., 2015).Every promotion made by us should be fully disclosed so that audience will not feel that they deceived by the marketer. We all have to state link which tell about the terms and conditions or should add a line in last with all relevant information so that they can identified that the company had operated ethically and with following all the rules of the business(Burmeister, 2017). We should establish a marketing team whose work is to track all the social content of the company on quarterly basis to ensure nothing is illegal or unethical is not done by the company. They will also take care of all the standards which are being set by the government for the smooth functioning of the business(Greenwood, 2016).We should get some sponsors with word sponsor in all digital campaigns of company it will help in telling the audiences that it’s from the brand specific(Confos & Davis, 2016).For the long term success in digital marketing, we should maintain the open door system in which audiences can come and communicate with us. This help in building brand integrity and gain you trust of your audiences.
