So, the point needs to be taken into account that both requirement and development can work on separate platform. In the allocation of requirement and design and development can be completelyexecutedlikeseriesofgivenincrement.Incomparisontodesignand development, the whole project can be executed design and development. It merely provides the agile development with some extra level of flexibility. The given agile merely focus on some development of codes instead of documentation. 2.1.2 Requirements Analysis Scrum can be stated like a framework by which people can easily have an access to some of the complex problems. With the help of assumptions possibilities can be identified easily. Before the implementation of things, the assumptions need to be made. The assumptions are related with the availability of key members of the project, the performance of the project member, the limitations related to the budget, the time require for the internal process and the accuracy of the project according to the schedule dates. Assumption helps in identifying certain key parameters that helps in the development of the project. 3.2.2 Dependencies The dependency is related with the relationship between two different tasks. The dependency comes with certain dependency related to the planning. Dependency helps in creating the link between different tasks. In order to study the dependency, it is important to build the work breakdown chart. The dependency can be established among different type of task. Dependency helps in recognizing the critical path related to the order of the food. 3.2.3 Constraints The constraints are related with the limitation regarding the project. The limitation of the project is related to the results. The food need to be delivered in time however it helps in gaining positive customers feedback. The availability of the resources can be determined with the help of constraints. The availability of the resources deals with all the peoples, funds, equipment’s and raw materials required. One of the important constraints is the activity performance. With the help of activity performance different strategies can be determined to deliver and order food online. The limitation is genuine in nature and helps in creating a
