1. Introduction
The following report is all about development of online placement order in restaurant.
The organization selected for this report is Australian Café. An online application has been
developed where user or guest can book food and table from the restaurant. The booking is
accepted at the restaurant through this application only at the certain time of the day. By the
help of this online booking application, guests cannot only save time but can also create much
better experience for its user. It can be very much frustrating when guest arrive at the
restaurant to find for waiting hour. It will merely allow the customer to the book any table
just ahead of them. By making use of online booking application, user is given the freedom to
make reservation as their need.
In the coming pages of the report, an overview of the project has been provided. After
that list of project deliverables that is SPMP and SRS has been discussed. The project
planning process has been discussed that is by making use of agile model has been discussed.
The requirement analysis has been discussed in details by making use of scrum features. In
the software design, the architecture web design application and GUI has design process and
workflow design has been discussed in brief.
1.1 Project Overview
In this particular project, a smart mobile application will be developed where booking
can be accepted by making use of website. It comes up with widget for website by making
use of widget. This particular application will help the application to confirm and provide
notification to the user for any kind of notification. In this, the user will be able to make
modification of their reservation without calling them back. This particular web application

can be considered to be easiest and convenient way for integrating the social media accounts
and making proper reservation.
1.2 Project Deliverables
In the coming pages of the report, two important deliverables of the project that is
SPMP and SRS has been discussed in brief. SPMP stands for software project management
plan. SRS stands for software requirement specification which can be stated as a description
of software system that requires to be developed. It has been completely modelled as per the
business needs requirements. It mainly comprises of some of the stakeholder requirement
specification. A software requirements specification (SRS) can be considered to be document
which is needed for capturing the complete description about the given system. It is mainly
needed for understanding the expected form. This particular aspect is mainly taken into
consideration at each and every phase of requirement engineering.
1.3 Reference Materials
For this particular project, a list of reference materials is taken into consideration like
book, scholar and aspects like website.
1.4 Definitions and Acronyms
Software can be considered to be as a complete step which is needed in software
development more specifically collecting requirement. Apart from this, various aspects are
taken into account like execution of given methodologies. Software project management
mainly comprises of certain number of activities that comprises of planning of project. It is
