Part 4:
4.1 Reflection
After engaging within the project, I have gained knowledge that proper leadership
qualities or skills are quite necessary for making the project successfully. However, I have
analyzed that using one style of leadership within project not always helps in achieving
success and therefore it is necessary to change the type of leadership as well as situation for
achieving success. In addition to this, I have learnt that proper coordination with the project
team members generally plays great role in the project. Furthermore, I learnt to help other
team members by giving them proper directions for accomplishing their task. I realized that
before becoming a leader it is necessary for an individual to become colleague as well as
friends with its team members for doing work of the project properly.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
In the profession of IT, the ICT project manager must have appropriate knowledge in
decision making as well as technical skills so that the tasks that are related with the project
can be finished effectively. Both of the above defined attributes are needed by the project
manager for driving the organization or its team members successfully. Proper knowledge in
the administrative skills are also needed for handling the issues that occur in the project even
under the worse situation.
