Part 4:
4.1 Reflection
I have analyzed that proper leadership quality is very much essential in order to
manage as well as lead a project successfully, I have realized after undertaking the project of
OSFMS that proper knowledge as well as skills in the various leadership style are quite
helpful in leading the project as per the situation. The team charter for the project is mainly
developed by elaborating all the roles as well as responsibilities of project team members.
My experience as a project leader helps me determining that qualities like competence, team
builder, problem solver, proper communication are very much essential for successfully
finishing the OSFMS project. Additionally, proper capability of managing project is also
essential for making project successful.
The necessary abilities that ICT project manager requires in context to IT profession are as
follows:
Administrative skills: They should be capable of discussing the various project
resources that are very much required for developing the project.
Specialized skills: They should have specialized skills in various types of
programming languages so that they can execute the entire project successfully.
