Reflection – Individual Work
After working with this project I have realized that the skills of leadership plays a great role in
achieving success within the project. Proper project leadership style is essential for accomplishing the
objectives as well as goals of the project within the expected budget as well as time. A leader must have
proper ability of leading project and giving proper suggestions to the project stakeholders so that they can also
work as per the assigned role. The most significant skills of an effective leader mainly include good
communication, motivation, trustworthiness, responsibility, positivity, delegation, feedback, creativity, and the
ability to acquire new changes. However, after working with this specific project, I have analyzed that the style
of leadership must be changed from time to time depending on the situation for aching success. Additionally, I
have learnt the importance of time management from this project; thus, I have understood that I should have
the ability to complete my work within the deadline provided.
As an ICT project manager in the profession of IT, it is very much essential for the project manager to
have proper knowledge as well as skills in the processes as well as methodologies of project for managing the
project work. Moreover, they should also be able to manage the resource conflicts, and have ability to

the project effectively and efficiently. In this project, proper skills as well as knowledge in technologies as well
as programming is required for developing the online system. Project negotiations are another significant
requirement for any project manager. Additionally, it is very much necessary for the project manager to have
