This report is based on a business idea of launching food Truck in Rennes, France. These
days, there is trend of food trucks, which has semi prepared food and can take truck from one
place to another. These trucks move from one place to another in order to conduct provide
services at different places (Ab Wahab and et. al., 2017). Name of this food truck business is
“FC Burger”. This name is suitable because this food truck serve customers at Fifth crossing of
A.K. Street, France. This is the business, which provides burgers and Smoothies to consumers.
This business has growth prospects in current market, so entrepreneurial idea of opening food
truck has more scope and growth.
Terms of Reference for Proposal
It is necessary from opinion of business to assure that its business proposal can convey
effective business strategy, which helps in outline top- notch outcomes. Hence, business proposal
is comprise on:
Presenting well-structured and unique business idea.
Screening viability of business proposal.
Giving coherent business model such as strategic resources, core strategy.

income is required. As per candidate's point of view, there is more scope of growth and
profitability is high (Esparza, Walker and Rossman, 2014). There are different food truck, which
provide satisfactory services to consumers. Another reason behind selecting this business and
dealing in burger and Smoothies sector is that individual worked for restaurant names as “Le
Zink” in Tunisia. This association deals in Burger segment so individuals has complete
knowledge about various types of burger.
Actionable Assumptions
For develop the coherent business as well as financial models, it is necessary to take in to
the consideration main key points which underlying market scenario and required to reaching at
right decision which preparing business proposal. There are some assumptions related to
proposal mention below:
There is a more demand of the food truck that have capability to provide its food items to
tourists on the different destination places.

of June, locations of the food truck will be identified as well as examined according to pros and
cons (Ghezzi, 2017). After setting up business, there is a need to have the license of business,
vehicle etc. After this, there is a requirement to hire the capable people, which have the proper
knowledge about business. These people are marketing managers, finance managers, research &
development teams, chefs and many others. These all people give their contribution in attaining

In order to achieve this vision, there is more emphasis on quality and cost of products. As
food is availed from food truck by students, college going candidates, etc. Therefore, quality has
to be up to the mark.

There are some aims, which are satisfied by entrepreneur of “FC Burger” to get positive
impact on their growth and development. So mission are-

price.

services to minimise waiting time.

BUSINESS CONCEPT
“FC Burger” is food truck, which provides food truck services to consumers at Fifth
crossing of A.K. Street, France. It provides smoothies and burgers to customers. Main concept of
forming this attractive business plan is that Malta is tourist destination place where large number
of tourists visit from various countries (Gredi and Farah, 2015). Food truck will be helpful in
provide the better food facilities to various tourists from one destination place to another.
Generally, the food truck is truck that transformed in to mobile kitchen equipped for prepare,
cook and distribute foods.
In this present time, United States influencing whole world so business owner will
require to develop my business in France. It will serve food to people of France with love. For
starting business, Owner will purchase the small food truck at starting stage even used one that
will in the good condition. It will renew it and develop the necessary changes inside to seek
effectiveness as well as efficiency. Through this, the cost will be less involved of business owner
and able to attract the streetwalkers (Hughes and Boys, 2015).
The main reason behind starting this concept is to serve food aside as well as deliver from
one place to other in context to keep consumers not moving and not to be crowded in same place.
In Food & Beverages industry of Malta, competition level is high and there are many players,
which already exists in these same types of business in various style. Therefore, in context to get
position, there is a need to think some innovative ideas related to food so that large number of
customers can be attract. In Malta, there are many different destination places where food truck
can provide its services for an instance Blue Lagoon, Island of Comino, Golden Bay Beach,
