Project life cycle is very much crucial for a manager to deliver right kind of project to
client in successful manner. There are majorly four steps involved in it that are as follows:
Conceptualization stage- This refereed to the Initiation phase and an starting point for a
project. In case of Hotpoint they aimed to launch a new product into market place after accessing
the needs and wants in proper way. In the first stage Hotpoint launches its 58 Inches TV in the
competitive market. This make more leader to make the different competition and the price may
be decreased and offer the products to determine the cost efficiency and sales become low. In
this autocratic leadership theory help leaders to make new leaders to implement their theories
and programmes in the organisation. The leaders will share their different ideas with other
people so that they made the products to be competent in market.
As the product is not known to the customers and it will take more time to shift its product to the
new market. By doing this, the sales volume will be increased and demand of the product be
raised. If Hotpoint make its products popular through advertising and sales promotion then
demand for its product will raised and create more primary demand in the market. When the
product will launch in the market than buyers will give the discounts offer to the new customers
and attractive discount process given to the dealers (Gunasekaran and et.al, 2014).
Planning stage- In that stage of project management, potential management gives assent
about the project into market and according to the goals it established into market. This will
make the brand image of the product which can be formed through advertising and make more
advertisement on T.V. In this democratic leadership the leaders have to share their ideas and
views so that the product may become competent that increase the sales volume and profits.
When the product come into the market its demand and sales grow rapidly. Hotpoint will
increase the competition of the TV and price may falls or decreased. If the promotional
expenditure high then their will be effective distribution within the customers. If more demand is
occurred then supply will be increased.
Execution stage- In this stage actual work of the project should be performed in better
manner and required tools and resources should be assembled , prices and profits will be
decreased if competitive pressure be high. Customers will increased its growth and maturity
declines. The brand image of the product will increased and variability of products will be high
so that the product will be for life time and maturity will increased. The leaders should adopt
transactional theory in which they are independent on another to gather some ideas and views in
the organisation. This will make them to differentiate various competencies and analyse would
be increased(Zhou, 2016).
If the buyers make the promotion in different techniques than brand loyalty will be increased.
The firms of Hotpoint will make more customers to buy more products and sales become high
and variance will be decreased. If more customers engage in buying more needs of customers
then sales will be high and the price determination will be increased.

organisation so that the efficiency would be increased. All leaders depends on the number of
lifestyles and qualities of the followers to make leaders to competent various programmes and
approaches in the organisation. The competitor should adopt different strategies and more
customers should be able to buy its product(Mahdavi and et.al, 2013). This decreased the price
